Photos Of Bonnie's Nursery
Bonnie has only four dogs. Two neutered Malti Poo males and two registered poodle females. All are spoiled beloved pets. all four sleep with Bonnie every night. Bonnie's family room has a doggie door and the dogs has 24/7 access to the backyard and the run of the whole house. Bonnie has only two litters per year (one per momma) so the nine babies below are it for 2009. Please check out the videos and snapshots of Bonnie and her babies.
How Bonnie Got Started: Five years ago Bonnie lost her husband to cancer. Opal gave her a Maltipoo puppy named Teaki to keep her company. A year later Opal gave bonnie another Maltipoo puppy to keep Teaki company because Bonnie started working four hours a day. (Teaki & Buddy were each nuetered by the time they turned a year old) Then two years later Opal gave Bonnie two registered poodle puppies named Rosie and Suzie and talked her into breeding malti poo puppies. Rosie had one litter in 2008 and Rosie and Suzie each had one litter in the early spring of 2009.
Please note that Opal will handle all the sales. Bonnie works part-time and Opal is home all the time and will take all the calls and make all the shipping arrangements. Opal and Bonnie live just a few miles away from each other and talk all the time, so if you ask Opal a question she can't answer about the puppies' personalities, she can call Bonnie and get a quick answer for you.
As you can see from the nursery snapshots, the babies are raised right there in Bonnie's family room. What that means for you is that you are getting a puppy that has never known anything except love and attention. as you can see from the photos Bonnie's adult dogs are happy, healthy and totally spoiled.
In the three photos immediately below, the black and white Malti Poo on the back of the sofa is Buddy, a nuetered male. The white Malti Poo on Bonnie's lap is Teaki, a nuetered male. The tiny black poodle is Suzie Mae, she is registered. The light apricot poddle in Bonnie's arm is Rosie Lee a registered poodle. It is winter and the adults are due for a new hair cut. They are regularly bathed and groomed, but they also have a doggie door and have free run to go inside and outside, so they are not kept in show style cuts during the winter. Again since it is winter, their hair is allowed to grow much longer than usual. Click on a small photo to see it larger.
In the three photos above you can see the pens that are used when the babies are tiny. That is so that Teaki and Buddy cannot get to the babies while Bonnie is at work for four hours four days a week. When Bonnie is home rosie and Suzie get to come and go in or at whenever they want. When the babies get a little bigger they are moved to regular playpens and that stacking nurset pen goes back to storage. You will see the playpens in the next photos.
The photo below was taken at night; it is Rosie running through the doggie door from the backyard into the family room. It is winter so the yellow thing in the door is a rolled up blante helping block the cold air from coming in between the sliding patio doors. I know it looks silly, but it works. Rosie's eyes look wierd because of the camera's flash. Click on the photo to see it larger.
